UCC28750: UCC287502

Part Number: UCC28750

Tool/software:

I am using UCC28750 to design a power supply with input from the grid and output voltage of 24VDC 6A. When running the circuit, my circuit makes a noise when running at over 50% load. With a load below 50%, I run completely normally. I have tried changing different controllers and performing simulations, all of which give good results, however, when running the experiment, the circuit still makes a noise. I have not yet determined where the error comes from. Please support me on this part.

  • Hello,

If you simulations work more than likely you are hitting a fault.   I would suggest you study CS, VDD, FLT and Vout to determine which fault is being triggered.

Once you know what is causing the fault you should be able to resolve the issue by circuit adjustment.

    Regards,
