Other Parts Discussed in Thread: THS3095
Tool/software:
Hi everyone,
I am using TIDA-01486 in my design to amplify the drive and receive signals of the transducer for flow measurement on different pipes.
I use an external clamp mounting and after our tests, the strength of the signal varies greatly between different pipe materials.
So we want to use a programmable amplification gain adjustment scheme instead of going for artificial replacement of feedback resistors.
Would it be a good idea to replace the feedback resistor with a programmable potentiometer, or to replace the THS3095 with a programmable gain op-amp?
Do you have any program that can be adopted for reference for this idea? Can you provide some good suggestions?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Best regards
