Tool/software:

I am working on 3-Phase 115V 400Hz  input design, looking or reference design for this application supporting 1KW. Output DC voltage is 48V. Looking forward for the  right reference design and support. PFC of 0.97 is required.

PMP31179 does this support three phase input?

    Hi Suresh,

    The PMP31179 supports only single phase AC input.

    For three-phase PFC I would consider TIDM-1000 Vienna Rectifier, available at this link: https://www.ti.com/tool/TIDM-1000

    It  delivers 1.2 kW at low-line (120 VAC line-neutral or 208 VAC line-line) and 2.4 kW at 230 VAC (400 VAC line-line). Vout can be selected as 600V (low line) or 700V (high line) but the mains frequency is restricted to 50 Hz - 60 Hz, therefore is not suitable for avionics at 400 Hz. Some software (and probably hardware) modifications are needed to support 400 Hz. Then you will need a isolated DC/DC converter accepting 600V or 700V and supplying 48V. In this case I also suggest to work with C2000 microcontrollers.
