After attempting to update PSpice for TI, the software no longer runs. A complete reinstallation does not help. At the end of the installation, the following message appears.

We've been getting a number of reports on this problem.
I've submitted a ticket at high priority to Cadence. I'll keep you notified of any updates.

I reinstalled it again, and the license was found. So the problem is solved.
