PSPICE-FOR-TI: Licence request is still in queue?

Hi,

I tried to install the program yesterday. I received an e-mail containing an access code. I logged in and started to install the program. At the end of the installation, it gave the error shown in the attached image. How can I solve it?

One user has had success installing in admin mode.

Please uninstall using add/remove program. Then re-install in admin mode.

Let me know if that doesn't work.

If you've setup the environment variable and it doesn't work. Please attach the qalog.txt here.

If it does work, please remove the environment variable as it will continue to collect data and get very large over time.

I didn't your suggestions. But when reinstall in today, intallation is succesfull.
