PMP31179: Inductor and Transformer Part Numbers

Hello,

I'm having a go through this reference design and noticed some oddities when exploring the Inductor and Transformer parts, L7 and T1. The stated part numbers, firstly, are identical, and secondly they are not correct (they don't exist). I had a look at the Altium Project and none of the attributes matched any Wurth part I could readily identify on Mouser or the Wurth website.

Can you confirm what part numbers were used/ intended for L7 and T1 on the build for this design, please?

Hello Peter,

I checked out both BOM and schematic and it looks like L7 and T1 have similar part number but not identical.

Here I copied and paste the P/N:

L7: 750318974r00

T1: 750318984r00

You cannot find them in Wuerth website because they are custom.

I attach here their datasheets.

Ah, great. Thank you kindly for confirming.

I imagine the parts are orderable direct with Wurth? (Having said that, it's probably simpler to just spec. some suitable alternative options, haha).

Hi Peter,

That's correct: you can order that parts directly from Wuerth. I am not sure though whether Wuerth is charging extra cost if ordering just few samples....anyway, it's something I cannot influence.
