Hello, 

I want to calculate power loss for anpc and t-type inverter and I need the rms current equation for the MOSFETs. 
I could not find the rms current equation from the design sheet. Where can I get the rms current equation?

    Hi,

    in the design guide line we have not mentioned any formula for calculating the losses.

    We have estimated the losses by using simulations during the design of this board.

    An example on how the losses of a ANPC are typically changing with respect to the power factor can be found on the following link:
