PSPICE-FOR-TI: PSPICE for TI internal Error condition

Tool/software:

When I try and download PSPICE for TI, I get the following error. I have used the Cadence switch release to move to SP17.4 and there has been no fix.

This application has encountered and internal error condition.

Hi Nicholas,

What is the error that you are encountering in trying to download the program?

You can use Insert->Image/video/file if needed.

I also just updated my TI laptop so not sure if this is causing an issue.

Hi Nickolas,

Please take a look at this thread. Same thing happened with new laptop.

Basically, purge the old and re-install.

Add/remove program to remove old program.

Reboot.

Re-run installer. If not sure, just put in a new request at www.ti.com/tool/PSPICE-FOR-TI

It'll send you the link and access key.
