Our Customer tried to use PSPICE, but he couldn't open it.
The currnet situation is as the below. Is it possible for you to make improvement?

・They use two computers; 「Desktop PC」and「Laptop PC」
・Around Feb last year, he installed PSPICE for TI on two PCs, and both were working at that time.
・It worked when he used it on his 「Desktop PC」 this year.
・When he tried to use it on his "laptop", an error occurred and it did not work.
・Even after deleting it on the "laptop" and reinstalling it, the situation did not change.
・It also started giving an error on the "desktop PC", and the situation remained even after reinstalling it. It didn't change
・Currently, he is using the original PSPICE, but I would like to be able to use PSPICE for TI as well.
・Now, I think each person can only own one PSPICE, so in that case, he will unify the account to one PC.
