TPS7H4011-SP: Pspice Simulation Issue

That error message appears to be from a missing component definition for a diode.

Please try adding the following line to the end of the .lib file:

.MODEL power_diode_p D(IS=1e-15 TT=10p Rs=0.001 N=.1)

I have added the line to the end of the .lib file, but i am still getting the same errors.

Hi Gregory,

Apologies for the misunderstanding.

The new line should be added at the very bottom of the .lib file on a new line. Outside of the TPS7H4011_TRANS SUBCKT 

Please let me know if that still is not working for you.

I have added that line to the very bottom of the .lib file like the image your showing.

But, I am still getting the same error showing up on my simulator (PSPICE).

I have tried associating the PSPICE model again just to make sure it was using the most recent .lib file, but still getting the same error.

Can you please confirm which version of PSPICE you are using so we can look into this further?

(PSPICE, PSPICE-for-TI, or other, and version number)

This E2E FAQ shows how to archive your project.

The diode should be a standard PSPICE part, so it is strange that it is throwing an error here.

We can take a look at your project files to see if we can replicate it.
