What specific part are you referring for the PCB outer diameter? Are you talking about the diameter from the wholes where the plastic leg goes? Or the diameter of an specific pin or via?

I want to know the numbers in this diagram
- Outer length, x and y, in mm
- Hole diameter and distance from corner

Thanks for clarifying. The X is around 58.6mm, the Y is around 146.4mm, and the hole size is 3.175mm. The distance from the top to the center of the hole is around 1.905mm, and from the right side to the center of the hole is 2.51mm
