I pulled in the model for the SN74AHC1G04 into my schematic but ran into errors when trying to run the simulation. The error reported was that for this part it could not convert the value for MAXICC to a valid number. In examining the Spice model I see the following line:
.PARAM MAXICC = maxICC
It appears that it is lacking a value.
I have noticed this on several parts in the 74AHC04 family.,
