PMP41078 specification are as follows

input voltage: 200V~450V

output voltage: 9V~16V

output voltage: 3.5kw

What application you are using PSFB with more than 6kw for?

Seems the output volage is 36V to 100V. Can you also tell us the input voltage range, which will help us to recommend the appropriate topology?

Thnx for your comments & questions.

Our input range is 22 v to 36v , but almost always it is 28V

Output required is now estimated to be 100V , 5kW with precise & accurate current control at the output. We are thinking of adding this externally so that the sensed current is fed back to the voltage loop. Sensing will be "proximity" type not resistive.

Isolation is expected. Better this way asa "boost" will not be effective.

Hope this will clarify where you can look for ref design.
