Our team is currently evaluating the TIDA-050074 reference design as we have an interest in the LMGxxxx devices it uses, and we've been having issues getting it to work. We have acquired the appropriate transformer and choke designs from Renco, and assembled the boards.
While debugging the hardware, I noticed that U101 (Infineon XDPS2201 flyback controller) has default programming from the factory that doesn't seem to match the parameters of the design shown in the schematic and transformer drawing (turns ratio, kVrs, etc). I cannot find the settings, config file or anything related to it in the documentation provided. I have updated some of the more obvious things and the config tool Infineon provides calculated a shunt value that actually matches the design (unlike the default values) so I believe I'm on the right track here despite the fact that this hasn't fixed the issue yet.
So I'm wondering if someone could point me to the .dp Vision config CSV file or the settings the designer had to change to get this design to work. I understand it may not be the root cause of my issue but I'd like to ensure that this aspect of the design is set up as intended as I continue to troubleshoot. Any info on the configuration would be greatly appreciated.
