Request you to please suggest suitable ICs for the same.

    Regarding the USB-C PD IC, we recommend using the TPS25751.

    Let me reassign this thread to the BQ team so they can give a recommendation on the BQ IC.

    Charge current needs to be >> (15000mA/Hr)/3.5hours = 4.3A. BQ25798 package gets thermally limited to 4.5A.  So I recommend BQ25713 or  BQ25731 controller with external FETs.   Note that these charge controllers do not provide charge termination.  So some other method (e.g. gas gauge IC) is needed so the host send I2C charge stop comment to the BQ25713/BQ25731.
