PCMX140Q1EVM-PDK: PurePath app installation issues for PCMX120-Q1

Tool/software:

I received access to PurePath and the PCMX120-Q1 app. I downloaded and installed the latest version of Pure Path. Next, I followed the instructions to install the PCMX120-Q1 app but it does not show up in the available or installed EVM Apps on PurePath as it shows in the Installation Guide. Please let me know how I can get the app installed.
