TPS50601A-SP: What is the ꝊJA (°C/W)

What is the ꝊJA (°C/W) for part number TPS50601A-SP? The datasheet only gives Ta, Tj, Ꝋjc. I need the ꝊJA (°C/W) for analysis so I can use it in a new design.

    Hi Heather,

    Unfortunately we do not have a RθJA for the TPS50601A-SP, only RθJC(bot) as shown in the data sheet.

    While not the same device, the TPS7H4002-SP uses the same ceramic package, and has a RθJA value of 25.0 °C/W. Since the devices use the same ceramic package, this number may be a "ballpark" estimate. It is important to note that the actual RθJA for the TPS50601A-SP will be different.
