    Thanks for reaching out.

    For simulations please use the PSPICE model that is available on ti.com. When your company has a NDA with TI, we could also provide the unencrypted model.

    Regarding the values you ask for, we do not specify them as they are not measured.

    There is no deadtime, as the device is asynchronous.
