Excuse me for tricking the system: I got in here by following customer help link...but you cannot pass this gate unless I put a part #...

So after a short while, I got the approval to download PSPICETI.

Did that.

Now, I have no idea why I get " license file/server" not found.

That happens when you install a paid version of Cadence. Which is at any time of the year, a difficult thing to sort out.

What do I do now?

Hi,

If you install a paid version of Cadence, and if you buy from Cadence, then you need to contact Cadence to get installation instructions and support.

Hello Hong:

I got approval for installing SPICETI.

It came from TI.

It was thus surprising to get hit with "license file"...seems like the TI version they let download was not scrubbed properly off Cadence.

It ought to be pure TI play.

Hi,

You need to create an E2E thread to ask this license question of PSpice, you need to use a proper title, LM25037 leads your thread here but we can only support LM25037 related chip and application but not PSpice License which you need to get from different team to support.

Use a title for the E2E like PSpice full version purchased from TI but showing License issue do not mention a particular device part number since it will direct to a product line where nobody knows how to fix PSpice license issue.
