Tool/software:
The PSpice-for-TI installer is failing to download the license file at the end of the installation process. I've tried some suggested fixes from TI Customer Support and they haven't worked. Below is a description of this in more detail:
When the installer finishes it gives me the below message:
When I then click "Yes" I am shown the below message:
If I select "Restart now" and "Finish", my computer restarts. If I then try and run PSPICE For TI, I am greeted with the following message:
If I try and run the installer again, the exact same process repeats.
TI Customer Support suggested the following steps to fix this issue:
"(1) Please uninstall using add/remove program. Then re-install in admin mode.
(2) If you've setup the environment variable and it doesn't work. Please attach the qalog.txt so we can check it further.
(3) If it does work, please remove the environment variable as it will continue to collect data and get very large over time."
I've tried these steps and it doesn't work; I still get the same outcome. There was no "qalog.txt" file generated.
Any ideas?
