why Coss loss and diode reverse recovery loss is not considered in MOSFET LOSS calculation

    Hi,

    Thanks for reaching out. We considered Coss losses and reverse recovery losses small compared to switching and conduction losses, that is why we did not consider them in our theoretical loss analysis. Our Loss calculation does not claim to be complete. We used it to get a good indication on which losses we can expect and then we added some margin in the thermal design.
