I didn't find where to submit a bug report for TI PSpice, so im writing here.
I had a same problem as mentioned in this issue. IT happened to me randomly between simulations.
In session log, there was an issue:
INFO(ORNET-1169): Unable to open the property mapping file: devparam.txt. To resolve this problem, ensure that PSpice.ini exists at the correct location. After that check Library Path in simulation settings contains <installation-path>/tools/pspice/library path and then create the netlist again.
But all paths were seemingly correct:
Except they were not. There was incorrect symbol for space.
See the attached txt file.
If you have that directory on your computer, copy the path from File Manager and paste it into PSpice for TI (replace what's in there now):
If you don't have it, just delete it from the library path.
