The simulation model of LMG341xR150 600-V, 150-mΩ, GaN FET with Integrated Driver and Protection Pspice unencrypted model is not compatible with SIMetrix nor did I found any LtSpice supported files. Can anbody help. Thanks

    Simulation model for  LMG3626 would also be nice to have. I did not find find any Simetrix/LTspice support files of any GaN FET. Would great if TI add them to the simulation models

    Hello Muhammad,

    Our spice models are originally designed for PSpice for TI, but can be imported to other spice solvers such as LTSpice. The exact process for importing the spice models is not fully documented from TI, but has worked in the past.

    For some of our newer devices, we also are developing Simplis and PLECS models, which have been very popular for users. When you mention Simetrix, are you referring to the spice or simplis solver?

    Hi Thanks for replying to me. I am using simulation tool "SiMetrix/SIMPLIS" for simulating and I need TI GaN models for that, Can you help Please >

    Hi Muhammad, 

    At this point, we do not have LMG341x or LMG362x SIMPLIS models available.

    We do however have the LMG2610 SIMPLIS model available on its product page. You may download it from the "Design and development section." You may use the LS of LMG2610 to obtain similar performance as you would with LMG3626.
