PSPICE-FOR-TI: pspice license problem

Tool/software:

hi, I request to download pspice from TI website,

and have enter access key to implement pspice for TI setup.exe

but after finished, windows appear errors which associated with license problem as below.

could you give me some suggestions ? thanks
