hello,

we are manufacturing 24V, 2.5A and 60W AC to DC adaptor for water purifier Power supply. for this we wish to use UC3843 . can you please provide the circuit design for the same.. we have tried your online tools but not getting required results.. if there is anyway to develop the genuine design then also let us know..

    Hi,

    The datasheet has a design process step by step, please follow that, you can ask if some components you do not how to design. 

    You can also contact your local TI sales office and local technical support to request reference design. 

    The below is a design based on Webench, where do you think you get not required results?

    actually this does not resolved my issue. as webbench does not give the simulation results as it shows it is not available for uc3843. and how to contact sales office in india? email id is not provided

    Hi,

    Webench does not provide simulation to every device. Your message did not clearly state the simulation is the issue that is why I asked to contact your sales. Please make sure describe your issue specific.

    On the simulation, you need to use PSpice model, and PSpice for TI.
