Hi, We are using UCC14141-Q1 IC we have observed 0.75 W loss in the UCC14141-Q1 excel calculator for our design, Please respond for the below issues.
1. At ambient temp=25 degrees UCC1414-Q1 IC absorbed 100 degree celsius temperature, which is even more when we are perform the test at ambient temp = 60 temp in the enclosure level, please provide suggestions to control the thermal issues/ limitations. sometimes IC is latched off in the enclosure test, we don't know the reasons for the IC latch off.
