UC3853: RPC server is unavailable error occurs in PSpice for TI

Hello Everyone, here when i simulating the circuit i'm facing the error like this.

here i clicked "Stop the simulation and run the new one."

finally i'm getting the error window.

When i registered and get back to approval to download the Pspice. For the first week i'm not getting any error message like this.

After the week now the error window shows up

I restarted Pspice and i watched some tutorial videos, the personal computer is ok. Then also the simulation shows same error.

give me a solution for this...

    Hi Suriya,

    Please try the following:

    a. Select File > Exit to close Capture and PSpice application (if running).
    b. Go to Windows Task Manager by pressing CTRL + ALT + DELETE and selecting Task Manager.
    c. In Windows Task Manager, select Processes and click the Image name to sort the processes alphabetically.
    d. Kill the following processes in Task Manager

    - capture.exe
    - cdsMsgServer.exe
    - cdsNameServer.exe
    - MrkSrvr.exe
    - pspice.exe
    - pspiceexplorersrvr.exe
    - simmgr.exe
    - simsrvr.exe

    Now start PSpice for TI and try simulating again.
