I'm using the "TPS23754PWPR" POE PD controller for my product and I had a quick question regarding the "PMP9563" reference design.

Is it considered EMI Compliant for PoE PD applications?

Thanks for reaching out! We do not run EMI test for most of TI's PoE reference designs. May I know which CISPR standard you are looking for?
