I need to validate these parameters of IC on my own. So could you please tell me the general circuit that is followed to check these parameters. 

To test Vsense threshold, I have made the exact same circuit, only difference is I disconnected R8, R9, C11. Then I give a square pulse at the Vsense pin with 300ns rise time and fall time having amplitude of 1V. After that I pull up the PWRGD pin with 5V and 22K resistor and then capture the waveform at PWRGD pin and measure at which voltage level of Vsense the PWRGD pin shows high (5V) and at which voltage level of Vsense, it shows low (0V). Assuming the high for good response and low for fault response. Is this approach good or do u have some other suggestion.

Yes, this approach is fine. 

I have tried this circuit, but with this approach I am unable to ,capture the correct data. Rising good starts at 106% of Vref. and rising fault at 110%Vref. While falling good starts at 107%Vref and falling fault at 92%Vref.

How to get the correct waveform.

Also I have no idea how to get MOSFET switch resistance.
