PMP9581_REVC: Buck IC to support ZETA converter

Hello BU,

My customer wants to design Zeta converter with using back IC.

I found PMP9581 REVC reference design.

So, I recommend LM5116.

But, the costoer wants to know whether other back IC doesn't support Zeta converter or support.

Could you please provide your comment which buck IC can support Zeta converter?

Hi YY, LM5146 is the newer design similar to LM5116, But customer will need to test this out to prove it as a working soluiton. I recommend staying with LM5116 as it is still available and it is a proven solution. We have alot buck boost controllers as well that can support these input/output voltage/current ranges in the reference design.
