PMP30092: Altium schematic and pcb design files

Tool/software:

Looking at the PDF documents of the PMP30092 160W Primary-Side Regulated Flyback Using UCC28633 Reference Design, it seems that the design has been made using Altium.

Are these design files (SchDoc and PcbDoc) available, to use as a starting point for further development?
