I am thinking of adding the insulation detection circuit in the design number “TIDA-010272”, which is EVM for the BQ79731 circuit, to my circuit containing BQ79631. But there are a few places I understand.

For example, it makes the connection with PE with a relay, but I don't understand where to know which pin and whether there is a connection / short circuit between PE and card GND. I would like to get information about how it works and where and how it works.

What is the use of Reed relay and TPSI2140 both connected to control Chassis or PE connection, Please clarify on this regard, or share any relevant document which explains this circuit

Sai, reed relay(S1) is connected between chassis(PE) and midpoint of the insulation detection circuit in order for dielectric strength test, which need to withstand 4380V in 1500V system, while doing insulation detection, reed relay is usually opened and will be closed while doing insulation test, and TPSI2140(S2) is used for insulation detection, more details you can refer to this app note: https://www.ti.com/lit/an/sluab06/sluab06.pdf?ts=1751192165936&ref_url=https%253A%252F%252Fwww.google.com%252F
