    Hi David,

    I am not able to share the document. The key design specs are:

    Pri : Sec = 5 : 4

    L_pri = 22 uH, use shim inductance + leakage to control ZVS conditions.

    Is their power spec the same as PMP23391? Below are the current stress calculations:

    Component Peak Current RMS Current
    Primary winding 22.4 A 16.5 A
    Secondary winding 27.5 A 15.1 A
    Output inductor 27.5 A 22.0 A
