Hi,

Can you suggest IC with internal MOSFET for application.

Input voltage range 19V to 60V DC and 20V to 265V AC.

Output of 12V, 80mA.

Flyback. Duty requirement might be up to 90%.

We have size constraints and need cost optimization.

Hello,

For this input range the only device that we can recommend with an internal FET for this low current output is the UCC28881.

The following will bring you to a reference design schematic for a similar application using the UCC28881.

As previously discuss in the following thread you can accomplish this design with other TI flyback controllers using an external FET.
