PSPICE-FOR-TI: report an eroor.

Part Number: PSPICE-FOR-TI

Tool/software:

Previously, PSPICE could be used normally, but today morning there was an error as shown in the image below. I restarted my computer and reinstalled PSPICE software, but still got the following error. The same goes for changing my computer. Please help handle it.

    Please reboot your PC and try again and create a debug file and share it with us if you still have trouble:

    • Create a new environment variable "CDS_LIC_QA_TEST". Set it to something like C:\Cadence\PSpiceTI\LicLog.txt where you have write permission to.
    • Run PSpice for TI if installed or the installer if not, wait for the error message to be shown, then check if the file C:\Cadence\PSpiceTI\LicLog.txt is created.
    • share the file LicLog.txt
    • Delete the environment variable "CDS_LIC_QA_TEST". (otherwise LicLog.txt will keep growing).
