Hello,
I used WeBench to design a boost converter using LM5157, but the the bode plot simulation give an error "Simulation failed".
Is there any error in the design?

We tried replicating the shared Webench design in the excel calculator, following are our observations.
For the condition reported VinMin=2.9V ,VinMax=6.8V ,Vout=6.8V Iout=2A with all the BOM components same as the shared design ,
we are observing phase margin of 34.78˚

We configured the excel calculator as per the Webench design for the condition reported, in excel calculator we are observing phase margin of 39˚.

The excel calculator shared by you at @ Vin=3V is configured for Iout of 0.4A and VSupply(typ) of 3V as shown in image below, hence we are observing the mismatch.
Updating Iout to 2A as per the Webench design and updating Vsupply(typ) as average of VSupply(max) and VSupply(min) which is 4.85V for the reported condition
we get phase margin of 39˚.
For the reported condition we are observing the Webench phase margin to be in the ballpark range with the excel calculator.
