PSPICE-FOR-TI: Pspice for TI Not opening

I have the same problem and so does my colleague. We both just tried to reinstall Pspice for TI, but we still get the same error. 

Actually we are getting a slightly different message which is the following:

me, too. I do have the same issue.

please create a debug file and share it with us if you still have trouble:

• Create a new environment variable "CDS_LIC_QA_TEST". Set it to something like C:\Cadence\PSpiceTI\LicLog.txt where you have write permission to.
• Run PSpice for TI if installed or the installer if not, wait for the error message to be shown, then check if the file C:\Cadence\PSpiceTI\LicLog.txt is created.
• share the file LicLog.txt
• Delete the environment variable "CDS_LIC_QA_TEST". (otherwise LicLog.txt will keep growing).
