PSPICE-FOR-TI: Pspice-for-TI License Error

Hello TI Expert and Support:

Our Company has used the PSPICE-FOR-TI tool (Candence OrCAD PSpice), but recently when i open this it shows a License Error:

how can we fix this issue?

    Please reboot your PC and try again and create a debug file and share it with us if you still have trouble:

    • Create a new environment variable "CDS_LIC_QA_TEST". Set it to something like C:\Cadence\PSpiceTI\LicLog.txt where you have write permission to.
    • Run PSpice for TI if installed or the installer if not, wait for the error message to be shown, then check if the file C:\Cadence\PSpiceTI\LicLog.txt is created.
    • share the file LicLog.txt
    • Delete the environment variable "CDS_LIC_QA_TEST". (otherwise LicLog.txt will keep growing).
