PSPICE-FOR-TI: Error opening PSpice-For-TI

Greetings,

I was able to use the PSpice-For-TI software I was using on my computer without any problems until 1 week ago, but for two days I have been getting the error in the attached picture and I cannot open it, I deleted and installed it twice, my problem was not solved, I tried to open it from different internet connections, my problem was not solved again, I am waiting for your help on the subject.

I have the same problem. Also, if I try and download it again to hopefully get a new licence, this does not work. The link is broken. ti.com/licreg/docs/pspiceRegUser

Please create a debug log like this:

Create a new environment variable "CDS_LIC_QA_TEST". Set it to something like C:\Cadence\PSpiceTI\LicLog.txt.
Run PSpice for TI if installed or the installer if not, wait for the error message to be shown, then check if the file C:\Cadence\PSpiceTI\LicLog.txt is created.
share the file LicLog.txt
Delete the environment variable "CDS_LIC_QA_TEST". (otherwise LicLog.txt will keep growing).

What do you mean by create a variable? Can you tell me how to do it? Are there any videos or tutorials?
