Hi Sirs,

I've replied the PSPICE-FOR-TI tool from TI site and also got the access key from TI.

When I installed the tool will be shown as following capture.

I've used the admin to install.

Did you faced the same situation?

How can I solve it? Thanks!

    Please reboot your PC and try again and create a debug file and share it with us if you still have trouble:

    • Create a new environment variable "CDS_LIC_QA_TEST". Set it to something like C:\Cadence\PSpiceTI\LicLog.txt where you have write permission to.
    • Run PSpice for TI if installed or the installer if not, wait for the error message to be shown, then check if the file C:\Cadence\PSpiceTI\LicLog.txt is created.
    • share the file LicLog.txt
    • Delete the environment variable "CDS_LIC_QA_TEST". (otherwise LicLog.txt will keep growing).

    It was failed caused by ethernet.
