TIDA-010247: Bottom BQ76952 does not talk with I2C.

Part Number: TIDA-010247
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQSTUDIO, BQ76952, , EV2400

Tool/software:

Hi,

I am working on TIDA-010247. I am trying to connect EV2400 on J3. When I switch S2 to OFF, so disconnecting I2C from U10 (top BQ76952), my U11 (bottom BQ76952) does not talk to me on BQstudio.

But if I turn on S2, connecting I2C from U10 (top BQ76952), U10 talk to me normally. I have check C71 for REG18, I saw 1.8V. Alert pin is 0V Fuse pin is 0V. The PCB is freshly assembly and the MCU

is programmed with bq769x2_TIDA010247.

Can anybody give any any clue? U11 is seem to be locked up. What should I look for?

Thank you,

Weetit
