Hi,

When I try to launch the .exe file downloaded from the TI website, I have this error message:

What is this issue? and how i can resolve it

  • Interesting. The error pop-up is all English on a French version of Windows?

    I don't expect any problem caused by the OS language, especially with French, but give me some time to check.

  • The PSpice for TI installer accesses the internet to download and install various packages. Before starting the installer, ensure the following:
    	1.	Internet connection is available
    	2.	Security protocol TLS 1.2 is enabled
    	3.	Following endpoints or resource locations are accessible from the system:
    		a.	https://pcb.cadence.com/startPages
    		b.	https://software-dl.ti.com/pspice
    		c.	https://cdsplicwc.cadence.com/chws
    If proxy credentials are required to access the Internet, provide the same when requested by the installer.

    What is your network connection? The error message suggests that there isn't one:

    The network is available. I retry the installation with netwaork acces available and i have the same error
