PMP30446: Principle for Center Point Balancing and Feedback

Part Number: PMP30446

Tool/software:

Hi Guys,

I'm designing a Bi-Direction Buck/Boost converter using a topology similar to the one in your PMP30446 reference design — a dual-buck configuration with a shared center point. Unlike PMP30446, I’m using the F280039C-Q1 controller operating in CRM with fully isolated voltage and current feedback. The final application will run from a 800 V battery and deliver 600 V at 1.5 A (900W).

I have a couple of questions:

1、Principle for center point voltage balance, could you explain how the how the inductor make the voltage balancing works?

Please provide the calculation process and inductor winding scheme. I believe the two coils are wound in different directions.

2、What should be noted in the implementation of voltage feedback and current feedback?

Please briefly explain the compensation of the current loop and voltage loop in the PMP30446 design.

3、If an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) needs to be signed, how should I proceed?

Thank you for your help.

Best regards!
