TIDA-010232: Using TIDA-010232 in 800V system and getting error when Charger start injecting current

Part Number: TIDA-010232

Tool/software:

Hi,
We've used TIDA-010232 design for a 800V battery pack, but when battery charger starts charging the battery, calculated Riso+ and Riso- start dropping until Isolation fault flag is set.
1- Can this design be used when charger is active?
2- What can be the cause for isolation resistance drop as charge current is increasing?(it happens at around 5A)
