1-Can we use this design for 20A 320VDC OUT with input range of 280-360VDC,Which components do i need to resize.

2-Can I get provide +/-160VDC isolated voltage regulation design.

I don't believe PMP22339 should be used for these power levels. You can reference PMP22650 as a start for your project specifically the DCDC stage. There is some efficiency measurements of 400V input and 350V output up to 6kW. This seems closer to your power requirements.

you mean , I can refer the schematic from CLLLC section for my application.

Then how can I maintain CV of 320VDC .

also you were mentioning some "efficiency measurements" ,can I get precise on this.

Hi Vishnudas, for this power level you will typically see digital control. this is the case for PMP22650. You will have to familiarize yourself with C2000 controller to adjust the output voltage. I recommend looking at the C2000 guide for this reference design below. I mention the efficiency because this shows that the CLLC converter was tested at similar conditions to your power requirements.
