LAUNCHXL-F28379D: The flash code is not working after remove the board from the computer and plugin again.

TIDA-010949: TIDA-010949 flashing issue

Tool/software:

I flash the code onto the launchpad using CCS v 20.2.0 using mini USB cable .

I am getting the proper PWM waveform till USB power is not removed from the board.

After that I removed the board from computer and then then re-plug the board to the power. But the code is not working (Not getting any PWM output). Do I need to change any settings for this
