Tool/software:
I've encountered an issue with the PCB fabrication data provided with this reference design. There is a difference between the board stackup shown in a table on layer GM12 and the design information on layer GM10.
- The board stackup indicated by the table (in red below) in the upper right corner of GM12, implies a stackup of 40.8mil (1.22mm).
- The “Design Information” on Layer GM10 indicates a thickness of 62mil (1.6mm), which is typical.
- The Stackup Manager in the Altium design file indicates an overall thickness of 1.03632mm.
Is there an issue with the stackup information?
