Hello,

We have implemented TIDA-010242 design in our Design.

We have found out that there is an issue regarding IXTT88N30P MOSFET N-CH: IXTT88N30P has stock issues, and it has unreasonable very high price (~14.5 USD).

Can you suggest cheaper and available substitute?

Ofer,

I can understand you're frustration with supply on the IXTT88N30P. This is a fairly large FET that needs to be able to handle a significant amount of current.

While I can't recommend a 1:1 replacement, section 2.2.6 of the design's user guide walks through the process of calculating the SOA of a FET. If you find something close, you can extract the exact SOA level of merit from it's data sheet to be sure.
