UCC28951: Power supply module

Hello!

I'm going to use UCC28951 as a controller for the DC/DC power supply source at 650V - 750V input voltage and 24V output voltage with about 40A output current.

For my application I would like to use instead of input current transformer (CT) the Hall effect current sensor. I would like to ask a suggestion, will it be suitable or not for such application?

Hello,

I have not personally used one in a design. Theoretically you should be able to use one in your design.

I would suggest ordering a UCC28950EVM and see if you can modify it to use a hall affect sensor.
