Looking at the schematic from what i can make out, it looks like all the connections are correct. Note PMP10506 was designed for a 5V output. Since you schematic looks like 12V output. Your solution should look more similar to PMP9256 below.

Is there any issue with using the PMP9256 evaluation schematic?

Please provide the datasheets for X1_B and X2.

Hi Allen,

PMP9256 has an associated test report. Please take a look at the test report if there is any issues of the design based on your requirements.
